PCR is an amplification tool only, it can’t detect/identify. Only a blood culture taken directly from one's blood can identify a virus where otherwise the blood is pristine, not a PCR swab to the back of a contaminated throat where thousands of independent and dissimilar viral [nucleotide] sections exist.

Now we have empirical proof that a non-test is being misused as a test - rtPCR - in order to ensure that the COVID-19 'pantasy' is a permanent, year-long, disease,* where swabs are used in the back of contaminated throats teaming with thousands of independent viruses...

GENETIC SEQUENCING

On January 7, 2020, Chinese researchers shared the full genetic sequence of 2019-nCoV through the National Institutes of Health GenBank database16 and the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID)17 database; a report about the isolation of 2019-nCoV was later published.18 Nucleic acid was extracted from rRT-PCR–positive specimens (oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal) and used for whole-genome sequencing on both Sanger and next-generation sequencing platforms (Illumina and MinIon). Sequence assembly was completed with the use of Sequencher software, version 5.4.6 (Sanger); minimap software, version 2.17 (MinIon); and freebayes software, version 1.3.1 (MiSeq). Complete genomes were compared with the available 2019-nCoV reference sequence (GenBank accession number NC_045512.2).

The quote reads, "Nucleic acid was extracted". Really? And which of the thousands of distinct viral nucleotide sequences present (pieces of RNA from destroyed viruses) in the back of the throat was the cause of the patient's disease? Got it now? Many thousands of unique nucleic acids would have been extracted, not a solitary nucleic acid representing a mere one virus. That's why a blood culture is taken directly from the blood, cultured, then examined under the electron microscope. This is how viral infection is diagnosed.

PCR amplifies nucleotide sequences exponentially up to approximately 40 amplifications,** therefore any differences between the cycle threshold (CT) level and background level are meaningless. A CT of 21x merely means there were 21 amplifications. A CT of 30 has 30 amplifications. A CT of 21x simply means the nucleotide sequence was amplified 21 times, not that there is strong positive reactions indicative of abundant target nucleic acid.

Not only can't the PCR amplification tool identify a virus, it can't visualize a virus [section] at all, requiring fluorescent dyes to calibrate the amplification process...

In real-time PCR, the amount of DNA is measured after each cycle via fluorescent dyes that yield increasing fluorescent signal in direct proportion to the number of PCR product molecules (amplicons) generated. Data collected in the exponential phase of the reaction yield quantitative information on the starting quantity of the amplification target. 

CT is not only meaningless when applied to the detection and identification of a virus, it's an absurdity that does, however, identify the Satanic co-option of the globe's institutions, who use deluded Marxists as foot soldiers for the objective of destroying the globe's religious-based civilizations.***

We have confirmed the non-existence of COVID-19, therefore we must now explain how rtPCR primers are falsely said to extend a [single] nucleotide into long nucleotide sections that identify COVID-19:

5' nuclease assay specificity 

Assay specificity is the degree that the assay includes signal from the target and excludes signal from non-target in the results. Specificity is arguably the most important aspect of any assay. The greatest threat to assay specificity for 5' nuclease assays is homologs. Homologs are genes similar in sequence to that of the target, but they are not the intended target of the assay. Homologs are extremely common within species and across related species.

rtPCR gets it wrong in many cases, where the target (the viral section taken from the back of the throat) is mistakenly identified by the primer as the target that's to be extended and then amplified. But the target isn't actually the target. It's a nucleotide section that's similar to the target, called a homolog. This is where we meet up with 'positive' rates ranging from 1% and 2% in California and Hawaii, respectively, to 26% and 18% in Idaho and Iowa, respectively. Why the large gap? Because some states are prone to 'test' primarily those already ill, where the nucleic acid retrieved from the throat would have a higher probability of being similar in genetic sequence to the rtPCR primer:
