To Protect and To Serve

Oslo explosion: bomb blast at government buildings in Norway ...

The day after Anders Behring Breivik detonated a car bomb outside the office of Norway’s Prime Minister and went on a shooting spree at the Labour Party’s youth camp meeting on Utoya island, information emerged that painted a different picture of the July attacks than the official narrative would have us believe. The Oslo bombing was incongruous with the aims of Breivik, as stated in his manifesto, "Once you decide to strike, it is better to kill too many than not enough, or you risk reducing the desired ideological impact of the strike."1

Why incongruous? Because the month of July is a holiday month in Norway where many are on vacation, and even more incongruous is the time for the bombing…after 3:00 PM (3:26 PM to be precise). During summer months, those who happen to be at work leave for home at 3:00 PM. In other words, Breivik timed the bombing at the near worst possible time if his intention was "to kill too many than not enough":

"July is the holiday month in Norway and almost everyone goes on vacation. We have to hope that many people are on holiday. The blast happened after 3.15pm and Norway is on Summer Working Hours meaning people leave work at 3pm. Let's hope this is the case."2

As it turned out, casualties were light in Oslo; eight were killed.3

Unfortunately for the children at Utoya island, Breivik’s behavior was one of extreme prejudice, no one in his rifle sights was spared, not even those children who managed to get to the lake and swim for their lives. Which raises the question: Why did Breivik ensure he would kill/maim as few as possible in Oslo, yet on Utoya island kill anyone that crossed his path, including children?

In police custody Breivik changed his strategy for bringing change to Europe:

"The operation was not to kill as many innocent people as but to give a signal that could not be misunderstood. As long as the Labour party keeps driving its ideological line and mass importing of Muslims then it must assume responsibility for this treason."4

If the "operation was not to kill as many innocent people", then what was the purpose of the Utoya island part of the operation, not to mention its cold-blooded execution? Breivik’s revised strategy for sparking European change does not jive here either, for he methodically went about killing every person he could find on Utoya island, oblivious to whether the target was an adult or a child.

The reason Breivik’s behavior on Friday, July 22 is so contradictory with his written aims (and his subsequent verbal confession of aims under custody) is because Breivik’s actions were not his alone, but those of the Norwegian security services. Upon close examination of the Norwegian security services initial response to Breivik’s attack on Utoya island, one can clearly discern the hand of the State in both the Oslo and Utoya island attacks.

This article will not analyze the time it took Norwegian police to get feet on the ground on Utoya Island. That time has been revised downwards by the police,5and this author can’t see within the Norwegian security establishment to discern if the revision downwards was justified or not. However, there are two other points of contention with Norwegian police accounts concerning their initial response to Utoya island that this author can take issue with, where the only conclusion for police behavior is that a stand down order was issued.

Responding to eyewitness criticism to the slow response of local police at Utoya island, "Buskerud District Police’s head of the operation to capture Breivik tried to fend off criticism last weekend, asking rhetorically, "should we have swum to Utøya?"’6 Buskerud police chief’s quip tells us two things.

Firstly, Buskerud’s police chief would have us believe that there were no boats in the vicinity that could have been used to safely ferry local police across the lake to Utoya, which is a lie. In fact, there were dozens of worthy boats across from Utoya that could have been pressed into service7 to rescue those trapped on the island, which is exactly what vacationers at the scene did while police stood at the shore. Many of those civilian rescuers came under fire from Breivik, who took shots at the rescuers as they picked up swimmers out of the water. One civilian rescuer saved 40-50 persons!8

Secondly, Buskerud police chief’s response informs us that standard operating procedure for local police in such a volatile situation was to intervene if boats were available (see next paragraph).

Not only did the local police lie by insinuating that there were no boats in the vicinity to conduct a rescue to Utoya island with, the local police also violated standard operating procedure when dealing with a mass murderer. Local police officers must intervene immediately when confronting armed mass murderers.9

Let us now turn our attention to the second Utoya island incongruity in this theatre of the absurd: The mystery of the approximately sixty helicopters in the Oslo region that seemingly disappeared on the afternoon of July 22, 2011 when they were needed over Utoya island.

Another factor that police claimed slowed their response in rescuing those being hunted by Breivik on Utoya island was the distant location and readiness of the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter at Rygge airport, some 50-60 kilometers (31-37 miles, but actually 37 miles) south of Oslo.10 However, four days after the attacks, Chief of Staff Johan Fredriksen made no mention of distance and readiness being the rationales for the helicopter no-show, "We have one helicopter which has very limited flying time."11

In fact there were dozens of helicopters available around the Oslo area that could have been pressed into service if rescuing those on Utoya Island was the main concern of the security services. The helicopter charter/taxi company HeliWing is located at Oslo airport Gardermoen, located 22 miles northeast of Oslo.12 Nor Aviation has helicopter charter/taxi locations at both Oslo airport Gardermoen and Rygge airport,13 and Pegasus Helicopter offers similar services at its Gardermoen base.14 All three companies offer charter and taxi services for up to four passengers, and would have had many choppers already in the air over the Oslo area during Breivik’s killing spree on Utoya. Those choppers could have intercepted the special anti-terrorism unit personnel on their way to Utoya and taken them directly to the island. Notice too that Oslo airport Gardermoen is located 22 miles northeast of Oslo, much closer to Utoya island (24 miles northwest from Oslo city center) than Rygge airport is (37 miles south of Oslo), where the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter is located.

But there are even more helicopters flying around the Oslo area that could have been pressed into service. Not mentioned are the five helicopters belonging to Oslo University Hospital, which were used for quick evacuation of those seriously injured in the Oslo bombing.15

By the time of Brevik’s landing at Utoya island at 5:00 PM,16 ninety-four minutes after the car bomb went off in Oslo at 3:26 PM17, most of the seriously injured in Oslo were already long evacuated for medical intervention. Two or three of those helicopters could have been used for the more urgent needs of quickly dispatching police to Utoya, and evacuating the severely injured from the island! But these obvious actions were not performed.

Even more helicopters were available on the afternoon of July 22. The Royal Norwegian Air Force had six Bell 412SP transport helicopters and one Westland WS-61 Sea King helicopter located at Rygge Air Station,18 which is co-located with Rygge airport.19 So much for there being no helicopters available.

As Is Always The Case With False Flag Operations, Drills Precede Or Coincide With The Attacks

We now know that on the same day as Breivik’s attacks, Norwegian security services in Oslo had concluded at 3:00 PM near identical drills mimicking the real attacks. The Norwegian paper Aftenposten reports, "All officers from the emergency squad that participated in the government quarter after car bomb and later came ashore on Utøya and arrested Anders Behring Breivik, had earlier that same day and in the days ahead participated in training on a very similar scenario."20

The purpose for drills preceding or coinciding with false flag operations is to facilitate the government-sponsored attack(s). Those police officers not involved in the setting up of false flag attacks (which constitutes the vast majority of police officers) might overlook what would otherwise be suspicious behavior if the officer knows that a drill is taking place. And if the suspicions of a police officer should get the better of him, the perpetrator(s) can say they are a part of the drill, thereby alleviating the suspicious police officer’s concerns.

The question here is: If the drill taking place in Oslo on Friday the 22nd was "almost [an] identical situation" to Breivik’s actual attacks on that day, then where was the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter in the exercise? If the person(s) playing the part of the terrorist(s) in the police scenario is moving from one place to another, wouldn’t a helicopter be a part of the drill?

Raison d’être

The anti-Muslim Anders Behring Breivik operation is part of the wider so-called ‘War on Terror’ operation being carried out by the Marxist co-opted governments of the West in alliance with the USSR and other Communist nations, the purpose being to (1) destroy the prominence of the West in the eyes of the world, where the West is seen (i) invading nations without cause; (ii) causing chaos around the globe; and (iii) killing over one-million civilians and boasting of torture; (2) close off non-Russian supplies of oil for export, thereby increasing the price of oil, the higher price allowing oil exporting Russia to maintain economic stability while she modernizes and increases her military forces; (3) destroy the United States Armed Forces via the never-ending ‘War on Terror’; the ultimate purpose of the aforementioned to (4) bring about the demise of the United States in the world, opening up a political void to be filled by a new pan-national entity composed of Europe and Russia (replacing the European Union), a union ‘From the Atlantic to Vladivostok’; which will (5) see the end of NATO.

We are now knowledgeable as to why not one political party in the West requested verification  of the collapse of the USSR, and the media failed to alert your attention to this fact, including the ‘alternative’ media. When determining whether the ‘former’ USSR is complying with arms control treaties, what does the United States do to confirm compliance? Right, the United States sends into the ‘former’ USSR investigative teams to verify  compliance, yet when it's the fate of the West that's at stake should the collapse of the USSR be a ruse, what does the United States do to confirm the collapse? Nothing!

The fraudulent ‘collapse’ of the USSR (and East Bloc) couldn't have been pulled off until both political parties in the United States (and political parties elsewhere in the West) were co-opted by Marxists, which explains why verification of the ‘collapse’ was never undertaken by the West, such verification being (1) a natural administrative procedure (since the USSR wasn’t occupied by Western military forces); and (2) necessary for the survival of the West. Recall President Reagan's favorite phrase, "Trust, but verify".

It gets worse--the ‘freed’ Soviets and West also never (1) de-Communized the Soviet Armed Forces of its Communist Party officer corps, which was 90% officered by Communist Party members; and (2) arrested/de-mobilized the 6-million vigilantes that assisted the Soviet Union's Ministry of the Interior and police control the populations of the larger cities during the period of ‘Perestroika’ (1986-1991)!

There can be no collapse of the USSR (or East Bloc nations) without...

Verification, De-Communization and De-mobilization.

The West never verified  the collapse of the USSR because no collapse occurred, since if a real collapse had occurred the West would have verified  it, since the survival of the West depends on verification. Conversely, this proves that the political parties of the West were co-opted by Marxists long before the fraudulent collapse of the USSR, since the survival of the West depends on verification.

We are now knowledgeable as to how Bolshevik Russia survived in 1917; how the West ‘lost’ China to the Communists in 1949; why the Eisenhower administration turned a deaf ear to the anti-Communist Hungarian uprising in 1956; why the Eisenhower administration in 1959 was indifferent to the Castro brothers' Communist fidelity, actually used the CIA to overthrow the Batista government; why the Nixon administration abandoned Taiwan for Communist China, and signed treaties/provided economic aid to the USSR; why the Nixon administration refused to tell the American People that over 50% of North Vietnamese NVA regiments were actually Chinese People's Liberation Army soldiers (attired in NVA uniforms, and proving that the Sino/Soviet Split was a ruse, as KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn told the West back in 1962), thereby (1) ensuring the Vietnam War would be lost; (2) destroying the prominence of the United States abroad and at home; (3) breeding distrust between the American people and their government; and (4) securing Communist victories in Southeast Asia. Working in the background within the political parties of the United States and Great Britain were Marxist agents doing their best to (1) ensure the survival of Communist nations when they popped up; and (2) sabotage any policies that would bring down a Communist nation. That's why after the fake collapses of the East Bloc nations and USSR there was no mandatory Western verification process to ensure the Communists weren't still in control.

Addendum

New Developments In The July 22 Oslo Area Attacks:

It is now reported that the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter was ready for use because it had flown the day before due to maintenance, and that the crew reported for duty voluntarily from their summer holidays just minutes following news of the bomb explosion. They were only deployed later the same evening, two hours after Breivik started his Utoya shootings, after personnel initially said they were not needed. Senior police staff also erect a straw man argument saying there was no room for an armed sharpshooter to fire at Breivik aboard the helicopter, as it is just for observation. “The police helicopter is not a platform for firearms support and has no load-bearing capacity for them”. Lifting out some of the onboard equipment would have made room for two sharpshooters, according to the article. In fact, the helicopter could fit three sharpshooters, and there would be no need for firearms load-bearing capacity since the helicopter would either land or hover just above the ground to drop off the sharpshooters.
