The Second Amendment Trap: The Supreme Court's Eventual Ban



Under Article I, Section VIII of the Constitution it is the responsibility of Congress...
"To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia..."
United States State-regulated militias obtain their weapons from the State, so the Second Amendment is moot on the subject of an armed civilian populace if the rationale for an armed populace is to ensure a militia is armed.   The Second Amendment has no bearing on ownership of firearms, the amendment's purpose to clarify why the People's right to firearms is critical. It is the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution that protects an individual's right to own and carry firearms, as derived from an individual's inherent Right to Self Defense of oneself and family:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution tells us that the Second Amendment has no bearing on firearms ownership, because the Federal government will arm a militia. The Second Amendment's purpose for inserting the second clause ("the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed") is to advertise the critical importance of citizens' familiarity with firearms. There is no greater right - surpassing the rights of free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, freedom from search and seizure - than the Right to Self Defense of one’s life or the life of one’s family.

The looming trap being orchestrated for the right to own weapons is clearly discernible by the fact that the Second Amendment is being used by both sides to the debate, when, in fact, it's clear that the Second Amendment's purpose is exclusively directed at regulated militias, and since regulated militias obtain their weapons from the State, the Second Amendment is moot regarding civilian ownership of firearms, and will be so declared in time by the Supreme Court.

Notice that the ‘false opposition’ to gun control fails to direct our attention to these critical points, identifying the ‘false opposition’ as Marxists. Marxists utilize the tactic of employing false oppositions, more commonly referred to by Marxists as the Scissors Strategy in which the blades represent the two falsely opposed sides that converge on the confused victims, neutralizing true opposition to socialism, thereby allowing the advancement of socialism to the bewilderment of the true opposition.

Addendum


The second clause to the Second Amendment is what I call the Familiarity Clause, and as such stands on a firm foundation all its own as a Constitutional principle to be argued in court, should such argument be required. Under no circumstances should the Second Amendment be used as a rationale for the People's right to bear arms, however, because the Second Amendment is referring to a regulated militia, not the citizenry as a whole,* and this regulated militia is armed by the State.

* If the Second Amendment mentioned militia (instead of regulated militia), then that would involve the People as a whole, opening up the right to bear arms to the whole population.
